Advanced Online Programming

The X10S provides online programming for multiple brands, including VAG, Mercedes, BMW, Jaguar/Land Rover, Nissan/Hyundai, as well as online functions for Ford and other manufacturers.

With the X10S, Volkswagen, Audi, Seat, and Skoda vehicles can be checked for software updates. A reflash of the same software version or an updated version can also be performed. This is particularly useful for VAG vehicles where there is suspicion of questionable remapping, and a confirmation of the currently installed software is needed.

OE-Level Diagnostics

This device operates based on original manufacturer diagnostic tools, offering OEM reading protocols and extensive unique functions, including guided diagnostics.

FCA Secure Gateway Access

✔ This diagnostic tool can access vehicles with security gateways, such as Fiat, Chrysler, and Alfa Romeo.
✔ A small fee is required, and we can assist with registration if needed.

How Does a Remote Programming Service Work?

Starting a session is simple:

1. The user clicks the remote icon on the screen and selects the preferred Thinkcar Remote Technician.
2. Direct messages can be sent to the technician regarding job details.
3. A service fee is agreed upon, and work begins – the Thinkcar Remote Technician remotely programs or diagnoses the vehicle from the UK, while the technician focuses on another task.

Requirements for a Remote Session

✔ The tool must be securely connected to the internet.
✔ A battery maintainer should be set up during the procedure.
✔ The Thinkcar Remote Technician will notify the workshop once the work is completed and provide a repair report.
