The THINKTOOL 399 is a brand-new 14-inch AI diagnostic device developed by THINKCAR in 2024. It features a unique design, an optimized user interface, and the powerful THINKCAR OS (TCOS). The 399 supports dual vehicle diagnostics with an additional VCI and offers a split-screen view to display data, modules, etc. It can diagnose passenger vehicles, electric vehicles, and commercial vehicles, making it the ideal choice for mechanics and advanced workshops.
