This product provides you with SFD tokens to unlock customizations and codings for new vehicles on the MQB platform.

Description:

Each activation token is specific to the control unit and can only be used once!
During guided troubleshooting, SFD-protected control units are automatically locked at the end of the diagnostic session. Otherwise, they will also be automatically locked again 90 minutes after activation.

The goal of SFD:

Product analyses within the VW Group have shown an increased need for data protection in vehicles. This also applies to vehicle diagnostic protection. The previous procedure (unlocking the security access using a 5-digit login code) no longer meets the state of the art. From 2020 – starting with the launch of the MQB37W (Golf 8) – the SFD procedure is being introduced across brands to ensure vehicle diagnostic protection.

Note:

Please provide us with the chassis number and the “old” displayed token (code) from the control unit to be executed after purchase.

After successful payment, you will receive your new token within 10 – 15 minutes.
