The MaxiTPMS TS601 is a next-generation diagnostic and service tool designed specifically for activating all known OEM/universal TPMS sensors, providing users with direct access to the vehicle’s ECU via OBDII connection. MaxiTPMS TS601 is a TPMS tool plus OBD2 scan tool with unparalleled performance. Compared to the typical TPMS tool TS501, the TS601 offers more capabilities to comprehensively and professionally solve automotive problems. Additional features include:

OBD/EOBD Diagnosis: The diagnostic tool supports 10 complete test modes of OBD2 functions, allowing you to perform a quick test of the engine system of OBDII-compliant vehicles. The included Live Data function is particularly useful for observing and analyzing the dynamics of data changes and solving complex issues.

Special Service Function: When users of GM, Ford, and Chrysler need an upgrade or modification of the hub, you can use this tool to determine the specific tire specifications that can be retrofitted, and then rewrite the tire pressure reference.

2. TPMS Functions: A Tire Pressure Monitoring System (TPMS) is an electronic system for monitoring the air pressure in the pneumatic tires of various types of vehicles. The TPMS provides real-time tire pressure information to the vehicle’s driver, either through a gauge, a pictogram display, or a simple low-pressure warning light. Autel TS601 offers TPMS functions to meet specific requirements as follows:

TPMS Sensor Check: With the Sensor Check function, the user can activate the TPMS sensor to display sensor data such as sensor ID, tire pressure, tire temperature, battery status, sensor position, and OE part number.

TPMS Relearn: This function allows users quick access to the vehicle’s ECU and enables the performance of TPMS diagnostics, such as reading/writing sensor IDs in the vehicle’s ECU, reading/clearing TPMS system codes, reading TPMS live data, retrieving TPMS control unit information, performing activation tests and special functions, and storing data for later review and printing.

TPMS Sensor Programming: With the programming function, users can program sensor data onto the MX-Sensor and replace the defective sensor with a low or non-functional battery. The scan tool is user-friendly, with proven efficiency, and guarantees accurate results.

3. OBDII Diagnosis: Autel TS601 offers the OBD II diagnosis function as a quick access option, allowing you to perform a quick test of the engine system of OBD II-compliant vehicles:

Read Codes: Displays the detailed description of the current diagnostic trouble code (DTC). Retrieve generic (P0, P2, P3, and U0), manufacturer-specific codes (P1, P3, and U1), and pending codes.

Erase Codes: Turns off the Check Engine Light (MIL), clears the codes, and resets the monitors.

Live Data: Displays the information of a continuous data stream of a vehicle in a live graph (waveform).

Freeze Frame: Checks the specific vehicle conditions that are recorded by the onboard computer at the time the emissions-related fault occurs.

Retrieve I/M Readiness Status: Indicates whether the various emissions-related systems of the vehicle are functioning properly and are ready for inspection and maintenance tests.

Present Modules Display: Allows displaying the module IDs and communication protocols for OBD2 modules in the vehicle.

4. Audit Report: After completing the TPMS test, the tool can present all stored TPMS data in an HTML file when connected to a PC via a USB cable.

5. Data Check: Allows the user to view and print stored data of the latest TPMS diagnosis records and all diagnostic data retrieved from the OBD II-compliant vehicle’s control units by the service tool.

6. Print Data: Allows printing of data retrieved by the service tool by connecting the scan tool to a PC or laptop using the supplied USB cable.

7. Software Update: The TS601 offers free lifelong updates on the official website with multilingual support. Users can update the TPMS tool either via USB connection or SD card.
